Hai- It's all about Knowledge Management. Interestingly all good things like knowledge, Happiness, Good wishes, Great Aims etc become strengthened and get multiplied when shared.

I was asked once what you do differently if were to stat from the beginning. When thought about many things came to my mind, but it was already too late, unfortunately or fortunately I don't have a time machine, but what still can do is share my experience, may be it will be useful for somebody in some way.  

So here we go....This page is to share in other words multiply the knowledge I have gained...hang on I am not going give lecture notes- knowledge here refers all I learnt during my journey as a student and those small stuff which could make a difference yet may not always be gained through formal learning.
